Both Kinley and I were not really into eating anything substantial but I wanted to make sure we were both getting plenty of fluids and vitamins. The best way I could think of accomplishing this was making a smoothie. She thinks smoothies are the best things ever and I knew it was something I could give her that she would "eat."
So, I came up with a four ingredient smoothie that is packed with vitamin C!
This recipe was so easy to make and we had everything we needed on hand. So, lets get to it!
Throw it all into a blender and blend until desired consistency. It is just that easy!
*Note this makes enough for two serverings

This smoothie was super quick and filled with vitamin C! Kinley was even able to help me out. I try to always get her involved because we are becoming healthy, together, as a family.
